Brief Answer:
needs dressing

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

This could be due to irritation by feces causing rash.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and get examined. If it is very superficial then the rash needs proper dressing . Also that area should be kept clean by not allowing feces to spoil it.

If it is deep then along with dressing antibiotics and anti inflammatory needs to be started.

Also continous pressure over that area should be avoided by changing positions frequently while lying down.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
