Suggest Treatment For Red Rash Patches In Scrotum
No worries, observe, clinical review
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
It might be necessary first to alleviate a fear. There might really be no real relationship between rashes and hemorrhoids.
A proper clinical history might be needed to better understand. Is this the first time you are experiencing this? In case you have a sexual partner, has she complained of any such thing lately?
The causes could range from very common conditions to sexually transmitted infections.
Have done more physical exercise lately than usual, or have you changed the kind of pants you put on? Poor cotton pants and walking in persons not use to, could cause increased heat or friction around the genitals that could lead to some rashes or pain. A simple change of the pant type could help. If its non of the above, we can further continue.
It might be important to know if these rashes are spreading or not. It is also worth noting to know if you have any fever, pain on urination or urethral discharge. If absent, the concern of a urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted infection is excluded. Do you have any swollen and tender inguinal lymph nodes? If absent, the possibility of common infections like Herpes are slim.
Hygiene, change of pants to more cotton laden pants and use if lubricants like Vaseline for a couple of days could be helpful for a start. In case of intense pain, rapidly spreading rashes and any urinary symptoms or complains from sexual partner, you will have to consult your primary care physician for a proper clinical review.
If not, I think you need not bother. apply the above mentioned measures for a couple of days. In case of persistence or aggravation, you can see your doctor.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.

No worries, local/topical steroids could be helpfu
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the update,
I do think it should not be something that serious. This should be a simple allergic reaction. for sure there are drugs you could use.
I suggest local anti inflammatory drugs. Topical steroids are widely available over the counter. You can ask your local pharmacist for a topical/local steroid. Positon creme and Candiderme creme are common commercial names. Others like Topical Bethamethasone could be provided by your pharmacist.
You will have to keep the area clean, dry and then apply this local anti inflammatory/topical steroid for a couple of days. Symptoms should normally fade out.
Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.

Clean and dry, Dermapax and Dermarex
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the update,
It is but normal to feel the inguinal lymph nodes. They are small and movable as you rightly out it. It becomes a problem when they go real big and become tender. I do not think its the case for you and you really need not worry.
It is sad the drug is not over the counter. However, this is a reaction that would fade out gradually with time.
I am afraid those are the main drugs that really work topically for local inflammatory reactions. Using antiseptic toilet soaps and keeping the area very clean and dry for now would be very helpful as you keenly watch the lesions. Persistence should warrant a consultation.
I think its not so serious for you to be bothered. Keeping clean and dry for me is sufficient for now as you exercise some watchful patience.
Topical Derma-pax or dermarex could help. Just try asking , but you really need not bother. I suspect these at least should be OTC. Sorry the others were not.
Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
