Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On Abdomen In An Elderly Person

Question: Female 61 yrs old, overweight; bright red rash stretching across lower abdomen, just above pubic bone, extending from ledt side to right side of body. No fever.Could it be heat rash from overlap of skin where overweight? Was sweaty or moist when i lifted skin up after sitting for two hours. Rash is stinging ferling. Any cream to help? Picture available. Thank you, XXXXXXX
