Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On The Hands
Question: I have a rash that started a couple of days ago and really started to spread rapidly today. At first I noticed red bumps on my hands and then today I also noticed them on my arms. As the day progressed now they are also on my legs. They don't hurt or itch.

Brief Answer:
Either capillaritis or insect bite hypersensitivity reaction
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like either capillaritis or insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
Capillaritis can occur as a secondary reaction to any infection, drug or sometimes without any obvious cause.
If it is not causing any symptoms and not associated with fever, bodyaches, joint pains, urinary and abdominal problem then no need to worry.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-14 days.
This should resolve it.
