Question: I have had a somewhat bright red rash on my scrotum and penis...for a few weeks now. I think it came from peeing in my diaper at night a number of times. I am 55 and have ms. I used desotin at first, and it cleared up. now I have peed in my pants a number of times again...and it is back worse than ever. There are white
