From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed chronic urticaria which is basically an allergic skin rash .

Allergic rash ,needs regular treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the details .
You are basically developing chronic urticarial rash .
This rash tends to come up spontaneously at times and then disappears completely within hours .
You need to regularly start with some oral antihistamines to control the body allergy .
You can start with tablet loratidine once daily at night .
You might need to take these antihistamines for months together to control the allergy completely .
Also if you notice that the rash tends to increase after intake of some specific food stuffs or drinks ,then you might have to stop that particular agent .
In case ,you tend to develop episodes of development of rash even while on antihistamines, then you might either require an increase in dose or a short course of oral steroids .For that you will have to see your local doctor .
In some resistant cases ,a blood analysis is also required to try and find out the cause of allergy .
Hope it helps

Need to find the cause of macular rash
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You surely have an allergic skin rash but it is a macular rash and not an urticarial one .
But the line of treatment remains the same.
Such a rash is more likely to be associated with body allergies or internal infections .
So follow the treatment as advised for four weeks .
If however ,you still continue to develop the rash ,get a complete blood examination and see your nearby doctor .
