i have gone through your query and i have reviewed the images.
I can see dry red scaly patch.
I guess it must be itchy?
You may apply a good moisturizer twice daily.
In addition I suggest you to apply a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream twice daily, over and above the moisturizer for 2-4 weeks. Topical steroids are prescription drugs and should be used under supervision of a dermatologist and only for the duration prescribed.
A tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
