Brief Answer:
It seems a boil.

Detailed Answer:
Hello;
Welcome to the HCM
Thankyou for your question.
From your history and picture, it seems a boil.
Boils on scalp are very common because while you can get boils anywhere in body ,mostly where hair follicle gets infected,for example the scalp,armpit and groin area.

Boil usualy begin as a small lump just under the skin ,which often resembles a pimple.The infection (mostly bacterial) forms an abscess or pocket of pus with some blood.

Most boils resolve without any treatment ,just needs proper hygienic measures and warm compresses.If you get fever or increase in size of boil then you may need oral antibiotic with topical antibitic.Such as amocillin and antibacterial ointment.

If it does not resolve on its own and increase in size then you may need incision and drainage.

Do not try to incize or scratch further as it may make the infection worse.

Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you.
You may ask further if I need to clarify more.
