Brief Answer:
Possibility of an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

Welcome to the site!

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Consultant Dermatologist

I have examined the pics under magnification and taken note of your query as well.

Spots of this type seem to have appeared after an infection.Such infections are common as face is an exposed area and prone to catch infections.

For such a patient, I would have advised the following measures:

1 To wash the area frequently using plain water
2 Mupirocin ointment locally twice a day
3 To shave lightly and only using disposable razors, not shared with another
4 To watch for and report if there are any adverse features like pain, appearance of more lesions, swelling, fever, and spread.

I am sure you will be helped with these suggestions.

Our best wishes!
