Brief Answer:
Provide pictures for further comments.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,
Red spots on face could be due to allergic hives or atopic dermatitis or may be something else but it must be inspected in order to make a clear diagnosis.
Without visual inspection, I wont be able to comment exactly on the problem.
So it would be better if you can take the clinical picture of the face. Since, in dermatology one needs to inspect with eyes what the spots are, how they look and what the skin condition is there.
So,kindly get back to me with the images.I will be happy to answer that.

Brief Answer:
Take anti-allergic medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for sharing more information with photos.
I have reviewed the new picture you uploaded.
These red spots are likely to be having urticarial rashes or could be dermatitis which I would put as my first possibility in your case.
It might due to some an allergic reaction but there is nothing serious here since it can be fixed with oral and topical anti-allergic medications (antihistamines).
Itching is subjective in individuals which could be mild to severe or almost none.
You should take oral antihistamine like tablet levocetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 2 to 3 days which is available over the counter.
A topical soothing lotion like calamine would also be helpful symptomatically and use tea tree oil shower.
I would expect that you will start improving in 2 to 4 days or in case if not, then it would be advisable to see some nearby doctor who may order routine blood counts with ESR after careful inspection those rashes and can prescribe you appropriate treatment according to the underlying cause.
But no need to worry as it generally disappears in a few days with just symptomatic treatment.
Hope this will help you.
