
Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Leg

Question: I have 2 large red spots on my left leg on below the other and separated by 2 or 3 in. leg is swollen warm to touch however both my legs normally swell each day and Pain is kinda sharp and dull however lessons if propped up very tender to touch and a little hard to walk on took temp and it is 99.3 symptoms appeared yesterday afternoon and have progressively gotten worse

Which antibiotic is typically prescribed for said disease? Other than penicillin? The baterĂa is strep right? Sorry was reading up on it
