can you please help us on how wr need to take this ahead
Brief Answer:
Get the stool tested
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking once again on Health care magic.
I have checked the attached image and indeed it seems to be blood stain. You need to take this sample to a local laboratory and give it for routine microscopy and occult blood test of stool. Based on the reports further management can be done. If the frequency of passage of stool is high, give your child ORS (Oral rehydration solution). Observe for stomach discomfort and distension.
Do not panic. Upload the reports when available and I would guide you further.
Regards

pus cells are nil and bacteria is present
Brief Answer:
Pus cell count not mentioned
Detailed Answer:
The attached report mentions occult blood to be absent but the other parameters of stool microscopy are not mentioned. I need to know the pus cell count in particular. If raised, treatment with antibiotics would be necessary. He also needs a surgical evaluation to rule out other causes in case pus cell count is normal.
Regards
Brief Answer:
Get an opinion from a surgeon
Detailed Answer:
Presence of pus cell would have indicated infection. But that is not the case here. Bacteria is present in everyone's stool and it is nothing to be concerned about. A surgical opinion is advisable.
