Suggest Treatment For Reddish Bump On The Tip Of My Penis
Question: I have a reddish bump on the tip of the meatus of my penis. It is slightly sensitive but there is no inflammation or warmth around the bump itself. I have not noticed any discharge and noticed it a couple hours ago. I have read online that this may be balantis but I'm not sure. I'm concerned it could be a STI. I received oral sex without a condom 9 weeks ago

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed an infective lesion over the glans area .
Since your last contact was two months back, so I don't think you need to worry about any STD. It is most probably a superficial skin infection .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily . You might require a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
