Question: I have not been feeling well for about a month. I have some feet swelling and reddish cast to my ankles and top of feet where there is swelling. My eyes are slightly puffy and sclera is not white, but slightly pinkish. Eyes look very tired even though I have slept. Am feeling a little anxious. Am always tired. Get short of breath if I go for lengthy walks. Have moderate aortic stenosis.

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of a possible liver disease. I will like to have a look at this rash and also review our liver tests. If you have non done recently, I will like that you get some done.

Also, I will like your thyroid hormones and heart to be evaluated. These would be my initial start points. My requested tests are CBC, liver biochemical profile, hepatitis panel, T4/TSH, cardiac ultrasound and CMP..
