Brief Answer:
Diagnosis: Glossitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The redness, lack of taste and burning tongue sensation are suggestive of possible glossitis. There are several underlying problems that can cause glossitis including Vitamin B deficiency, Iron deficiency, inflammatory disorders like celiac disease etc. You will need a detailed physical examination and laboratory investigations to identify underlying issues. So please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider. Meanwhile, maintain good oral hygiene and avoid spicy food.
