1 ) Pityriasis folliculitis:it is fungal infection of skin involving the hair follicle caused by Malasezzia furfur . It is characterised by red colored itchy monomorphic papules on back.
2) Acne : it is caused by bacteria P.acne. It is characterised by red colored papules, pustules, cyst. Itch may be present or absent.
3) Allergic contact dermatitis : it is characterised by red colored itchy rash over body.
