Brief Answer:
antiseptic , topical antibiotics initially

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Proper cleansing with anti septic like dilute hydrogen peroxide should be done daily up to two to three times. Topical OTC antibiotics like bactroban or neosporin can be applied to the area inside and outside the belly button region that is sore/red. Oral antibiotics would be required if the pus and blood staining does not resolve with topical treatment, in consult with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
