Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be related to a localized infective or inflammatory process. It can be related to folliculitis, skin or subcutaneous collection/ abscess. Minocycline wont be a good option for treating such a condition. Cephalexin, amoxicillin clavulanate or clarithromycin would be a better option for treatment. Ibuprofen along with the antibiotics would help resolve the inflammation associated with it. Both the breast should be examined thoroughly for the presence of any lump or swelling.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
