Question: I have redness around the eye of my penis , there is no discharge or smell and doesn't hurt when I wee but I'm treating it for balantis but it doesn't seem to be clearing

The treatment would be more effective if it is combined with an oral antifungal like Flucanazole.
Though candidiasis is the commonest cause of balanitis, bacterial causes may sometimes have to be considered in resistant conditions.
Add Flucanazole 150 mg and see the response.
