Suggest Treatment For Redness On The Penile Shaft After Continuous Masturbation

Question: My girlfriend left town for a week. I was masturbating a lot since she's left. But for a couple of days, I didn't shower, during the time that i was masturbating a lot. I masturbate with socks, without any lubricant. The next day I masturbated and I looked at my penis. Maybe 7 or 8 small red spots on my head. And then redness on the shaft and some small red spots under the head. Nothing hurts or itches. Is this friction burn? I've been dating he same girl for a year and a half. We were tested early on in the relationship. We've both stayed faithful. What could this be?

As you rightly pointed out this could be mostly due to friction dermatitis due to repeated and forcible masturbation.
Scattered red spots could unlikely be due to neither Genital Herpes nor other STDs. Herpes infection occurs as grouped vesicles going for tiny grouped ulceration. If you could upload the picture of these lesions, we can discuss more.

i can't post pictures at the moment, but say it is friction dermatitis. how do I get rid of that? I've been putting neosporn on the areas.
