Suggest Treatment For Reduced Hemoglobin Levels
Question: I was blood tested many times in the last month because my Hemoglobin is very low ..7.4 ...I am taking 324 mg Iron Gluconte twice a day and have been having Iron infusions 3 times a week ...am I getting to much iron now ..after every infusion my face flushes and I think it is sunburnt ???

To promote iron absorption, please stay away from tea and coffee. you should also take vitamin C (500 units) with the iron pill once daily to promote absorption .
