Sir, would a nerve block in my legs be helpful....I am very sensitive to neuro-type medications...have tried the usual round of antidepressants. Your suggestions were very informative. Does this condition worsen in time or if I continue my nursing 10 hr shifts. Am I doing "damage" by such overuse, does resting really contribute to the repair of the condition? I am a very active 64 yr old and do not want to wind up in an electric scooter!
I appreciate any more information....you have been very helpful. You did not mention accupuncture, I have just started. Am I wasting my limited funds?
Thank you Sir.
