Question: I'm 37 years old male. My creatnine level is 1.51 . I had gone for an ultra sound scanning and the report shown that both kidneys shows mild increased in cortical echoes with mild loss of CMD.
Could you please give me the solution.

You need further investigations to confirm renal disease.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,complete renal function tests(includes serum urea,creatinine clearance,GFR,serum sodium,potassium,calcium,chloride,bicarbonate,phosphorus).
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.You should consult nephrologist.
