Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications and controlling parkinsonism

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.I would like to say since you have Parkinsonism, this might be the cause which is exacerbating restlessness of your legs.

It is very important for your Parkinsonism to be in control to ease your symptoms of restless legs.

I understand how annoying this can become in one's life. Other than medications which you are already on, lifestyle changes like the following should help in the long run:

Having a better sleep schedule
Light exercise
Decrease caffeine,alcohol and smoking
Doing some relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation
Leg massages can help here as well.

Try wearing compression socks or stockings or wrap your legs in bandages.
Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. It may prevent nerves in your legs from compressing.

I would like to repeat that once your Parkinsonism is under control, your problems with restless legs will automatically ease.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
