Brief Answer:
Minor bleeds can be left as it is. Bigger ones may require laser treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I am not certain if the reports indicate retinal hemorrhage and I would have to check the entire report to be able to confirm. Retinal haemorrhages, especially mild ones will normally resorb without treatment and are usually not associated with chronic disease. Laser surgery is a treatment option which uses a laser beam to seal off damaged blood vessels in the retina. Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drugs like Avastin and Lucentis can also be made use of in case the bleeding could originate from new vessel formation.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
