Question: My wife is 36 year old and she is on oxygen therapy from last one year due to ild problem she have rehumotide arthrites too so can you suggest if any treatment is available for her

Sorry to hear about the wife s condition. I guess her disease is quite advanced considering she is on oxygen for whole day. I would like to know a few more things before commenting further:

1. Could you tell me the current treament she is taking, so if anything I can add to it

2. How much are her heart pressures??Pulmonary ARtery PRessure measured on 2 D Echo?

3. Duration of rheumatoid arthritis? Is the Rheumatoid FActor and Anti CCP positive?

4. If you could attach the Last CT report of the Chest, that would be extremely helpful
