Suggest Treatment For Rhinitis

Question: I was prescribed Beconase nasal spray more than thirty years ago as a medication for the treatment of polyps, and have been using it ever since. I have, however, experienced a decline in its effectiveness in controlling my rhinitis in recent months. My G.P. has (yesterday) prescribed Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120 mg as a substitute. Your advice on this matter would be much appreciated.

Nasal polyps should be ideally operated on and removed. Nasal sprays can help momentarily only.
Please get a CT scan paranasal sinuses done to see the present status of sinuses.
You can use fluticasone nasal spray thrice daily.
