Brief Answer:
Please attach picture of X ray and report

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Sorry to hear about your fall.

I would appreciate if you could please send across your X ray picture or report for double confirmation on your fractures.

It is true that slight fractures of ribs which are undisplaced always heal on their own. You might be advised to limit your physical activities and movements at that region for some time.

Waiting for picture and report updates from your end

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
