Suggest Treatment For Ridges On The Tongue

Question: My tongue has ridges on the side from what appears to be from my teeth, some days the ridges are more prominent than other day. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I almost feel like they have always been there.

If you do not develop pain , difficulty in swallowing or speaking or get recurrent ulcers on your tongue , you have nothing to worry and can rest assured.

I have no pain, no difficulty in swallowing or speaking, and no ulcers on the tongue. I just notice some days the ridges are more prominent than other days. There are even days when I have no ridges at all it seems.
