Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain can be caused by urinary tract infection, gallstones or spine problem.

Urinary tract infection can give also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain, fever.
Gallstones can give pain related to foods intake. Abdominal pain, nausea, lac of appetite can be present as well.
Spine problem can be caused by disc herniation and nerve compression. It can give pain more intense when moving or during physical activity.

I suggest you to have some diagnostic done. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis and spine x-ray should be done at first.

There is no need to be worried, but you should have it diagnosed.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
