Brief Answer:
Muscle related pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern towards your health status.

Abdominal pain at right lower side, only during training suggest muscular pain in nature. Most commonly such pain at this location is associated with weakening of inguinal canal region (i.e. canal-like structure formed by various muscles at lower abdominal wall).

Persistent weakening + straining might lead to development of inguinal hernia over period of time.
It is recommended to undergo USG abdomen to find out exact reason for such straining associated pain and also to rule out inguinal canal weakness.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!

Brief Answer:
Surgery is the only cure for hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

You can take analgesic group of medicines (Paracetamol) to control pain only. It would not have any effect on underlying pathology.

If it would be hernia, then only cure is surgery.

Brief Answer:
surgery can be delayed

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

If hernia is simple type then you can delay the surgery.

If it is complicated due to not able to go back on it's own, it would require urgent surgery to prevent consequences.

Now, chances to have complicated hernia itself depend on sub-types of inguinal hernia which can be easily identifiable on USG abdomen.

Brief Answer:
consequences are related to intestinal obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Delayed surgery in complicated hernia might lead to decreased blood supply to some portion of intestine which stuck into hernia and this leads to gangrene of intestine patch, perforation and also obstruction.
