Suggest Treatment For Right-sided Scar Marks And Lump On Nose
Question: Dear Dr.
I had raised a query on scar marks( on right side of nose just below eyebrow level). the query was answered by one Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ( MD) . I have one additional question with this regards that though major portion of lump has been removed but still it seems a little portion of lump is visible( photo attached). Sometimes it seems plain, it seems smaller in size and some times it seems bit more visible. also the right nostril seems uneven as compared to left nostril. We are seeking advice whether we should go for surgery or for some kind of medication . if surgery is adviceable we would like to know any surgeon at XXXXXXX Madhya Pradesh, XXXXXXX

I use injection kenacort in such cases.
There is no need to go for another surgery.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your advice. However we were going through Google on kenacort injection. it has two variants I.e. A10 and A40. also it says it is not to be given children below 6 years of age. Request your further advice on this. also please let is know if it has any side effects.

Use 10 mg /ml variant diluted in 1 ml lignocaine so that final concentration becomes 5 mg /ml.
