Allegra 20 that has Flexofenadine Hydrochloride
Calamine and Light Liquid Paraffin Lotion that has Methyl Paraben and Propyl Paraben IP
However, the infection is still spreading and aggrevating. Please suggest medication. I would also like to inform you that I am planning to get into a family way and do not want the medication to affect my plans in any way.

Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Tinea
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting on HCM
From your description, it seems you have got Tinea corporis, a sort of fungal skin infection.
I recommend to avoid the medications you are already using and instead follow a proper course of oral and topical antifungal medications for complete cure.
Oral antifungals like itraconazole 200mg daily for 15-20 days along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream over affected areas for 3-4 weeks is recommended.
Take oral antihistaminics like Allergra for itching as required.
Maintain hygiene and use ketoconazole soap for rinsing affected areas.
Hope this will take care of your problem
Thank you
