Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

I will need a few more details regarding your condition in order to analyse better.

1) For how long have you had the symptoms ?
2) The order in which the symptoms appeared.
3) Any pain in the ear ?
4) Any history of cold before the symptoms started ?
5) Has a doctor told you about the fluid in your ears ?
6) Any past history of giddiness and nausea ?

The symptoms have been going on off and on for about 6 months. In XXXXXXX of last year I was so dizzy that I was having severe nausea. Saw a physician she said there was no infection that she could see. My ear does hurt and the ringing is continous. No cold before hand. My ear feels plugged then the ringing then pain then nausea.

Brief Answer:
Need to rule out meniere's disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up,

From the symptoms it does appear that Meniere's disease is the most probable diagnosis.

Ringing, nausea and fullness that keep coming every now and then are hallmarks of Meniere's disease.

The only other thing that can be considered is Eustachian tube dysfunction. Pain, clogged sensation, giddiness can occur even in Eustachian tube dysfunction.

You have to see an ENT specialist since only examination can point towards a diagnosis.
You will also require a test called audiometry.

Regards,
Dr Rajkishori Godhi
