Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungal
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
Tinea/ fungal infection can recur, specially if the treatment is inadequate Or if conditions favourable for fungal growth tend to prevail e.g hot weather, humidity, sweating etc.
I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g tablet terbinafine 250mg (Zimig tablet) once daily for 6 weeks.
Topically you may apply terbinafine 1% cream (Zimig cream), twice daily for 6 weeks.
Take abath twice daily, specially in how and humid weather conditions.
Also get your blood sugar levels screened as recurrent fungal infections are more common in diabetics.
You may also use an antifungal soap for bath, regularly e.g sastid bar.
Regards
