Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a lesion of acne over face along with many post acne scars.
Apply a topical anti acne agent like clindamycin over the lesion in morning and apply tretinoin 0.025 percent over it at night .
In case the lesion still tends to persist or is recurrent ,then you might need a course of oral antibiotics like azithromycin .
For the scars ,you can take either chemical peels or take sittings of dermabrasion from a nearby dermatologist.This will help in reducing the acne scars and the oil secretion and improving the appearance of skin .
In addition,use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly .This will prevent any further darkening of the scars .
