Question: I have running nose, running eyes, and ear & throat ache on the half side of the face. Please help me understand the cause and suggest the medication

Hello,

As per your symptoms it seems to be Upper respiratory tract infection or may also be due to allergic rhinitis.

You may require antihistamines such as Montelukast LC and antibiotics such as Moxiclav after physician consultation.

Till then you can take Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg for pain relief and take steam inhalations. Also, do gargles using betadine gargles.

Keep your self well hydrated and take proper rest.
