Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Blood Vessels On The Penile Shaft

default
Posted on Wed, 20 Jul 2016
Question: I have experienced what I believe is a painful blood vessel rupture on my penile shaft that is now a very dark bruise. It occurred after sexual intercourse and climax but was immediately painful. The pain has subsided but the area is sensitive. I plan on seeing our family physician tomorrow. What should I do in the meantime?

Brief answer....nothing to worry
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern. Although unusual but vessels can break during rough sex. Such type of vessel injury heals itself provided it is given time and not traumatised by further use.
This bruise would go away in around two weeks time.
Since you don't have any pain now,it seems everything has settled.
As far as numbness is concerned, this is also temporary and would be all right in next few days.
Nothing is to be done now. Just wait and watch for it to heal.
No medicine is needed.
Watch out for swelling and pain. If it re occurs, then you would need to consult your doctor.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
