Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Heat Boil In Groin Area While On Azithromycin

Question: my boss aged 53 is suffering with heat boil in groin area and it is ruptured also. Slight pain is also there. He is London now and having Azithromycin capsules, can he take those capsules for cure. what is the dosage?Kindly help us

Azithromycin is an antibiotic.
It will help him.
Along with Azithromycin he should also use a topical antibiotic cream.
Mupirocine cream is good if he can find one or else he can buy any antibacterial cream available over the counter.

Thank you Doctor for your immediate answer. But in London it is difficult to get medicines without prescription. Kindly get advise me and suggest if you know some GP in London. So that my boss will go and see him Sir. Also advise us howmany days he should take Azithromycin Sir.

Please ask him to try with a chemist.
Few antibiotic creams are available over the counter without prescription.
He can ask for ointment mupirocine.
He should take Azithromycin for 5 days and cream to be applied for 10 days.
