Suggest Treatment For Scabies On The Penis
Question: Hi I was just diagnosed with scabies and was told to apply a permethrin cream. It says to apply to the whole body, do I have to apply it to my entire penis? , incuding the head? Should I shave my public hair before applying? I don't have any itching or bumps on my penis. Really bad on my wait line

It is normally applied to the genitals as well to ensure entire body coverage. Most information leaflets advise special attention is paid to the external genitalia , under the nails, between the fingers and toes, wrists, armpits .

thank for the help, one last question if the itching last for up to a month, what is the best way to figure out if I am cured? is there any kind of test I should take? should I go back to the doctor who diagnosed me?
