Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query. Flickering of eye is mostly related to some irritation of the muscle of eye. It may happen due to infection, calcium deficiency, some swelling of glands, etc.
Psoriasis is thickening of skin. Alongwith thickening there is dryness of skin and there are higher chances of infection. Now whatever affects the hair follicles on scalp may also affect hair follicles of eye lashes. This may cause fickering.
Now this does not mean that whatever medicine you use for scalp psoriasis can be used on eyes. Be cautious about using medicines in eyes. A local antibiotic like moxifoxacin eye drops may relieve flickering if its an infection. Otherwise you also try drinking cleaner water from RO system. This may provide some relief with dry skin.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
