Brief Answer:
Let me help you out.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.
Let me ask you a few questions .
1. For how long is it there?
2. Is there any itching or burning sensation?
3. Have you developed such a lesion in the past?
Do not worry.
I would suggest you to
- not scratch it
- get a blood hemoglobin, complete count and differential count and ESR
- get a blood glucose test done
- I would ask my patient to start applying Gentalene - C ointment
- I would start oral Doxycycline . Your doctor can prescribe on the exact dosage
- If there is itching you can take tablet fexofenadine
Hope this helps.

Have a nice day.
