Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know if you are overweight or have recently gained weight.
As the symptoms of reduces menstrual flow and acne both point towards PCOD which is an endocrine disorder.
Also please tell me in case you have any new or increased hair growth in below chin area.
Waiting for your response.

no my height is 5'5'' and my weight is 54kg and i dont have any problem of facial hair.and yes i have mild pcod for which doctor gave me normoz tablets for 3 months but my condition is not getting any better
Brief Answer:
Metformin advised
Detailed Answer:
Yes this all seems related to PCOD only.
Keep taking Normoz as prescribed as it is very effective but along with that start tablet metformin 500 mg twice a day.
This is an antidiabetic drug basically but helps in curing the endocrinological disorder associated with PCOD and also aids in conception.
Discuss it with your gynecologist as it is a prescription drug and in case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.

give me some solution to my acne
Brief Answer:
Precautions advised
Detailed Answer:
On short term basis as a cure apply Deriva-C gel (clindamycin and adapalene) on affected area twice a day after washing your face.
Also you should wash your face at least 3-4 times a day and must before going to sleep at night.
Avoid picking on pimples and also going out in dusty environment as much as possible.
Avoid oiling your hair and also no creams or oily face makeup.
This will cure the existing ones and prevent new ones to some extent but removing the root cause viz PCOD is definitely more important.
In case you have pimple scars then you can get dermal peels and radiofrequency ablation sittings from a good dermatologist.
All the best.
