Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM. I really can't find a reason for which you are having roacutane. You have written that you're using moisturizing substance too. Do you have acne problems? If so, why are you having bodybuilding supplements?
The rationale is roacutane increases skin dryness, wrinkles etc. You need to stop that before having any further intervention.
Secondly, if you have acne problems, you may use topical or oral antibiotics,e.g. Benzac AC 2.5% at night with pinch of amount over acne.
Thirdly, please stop having any prohormone kind thing. I am sure, no doctor has prescribed you this.
Continue your daily exercise. Consult a therapeutic nutrition specialist, who would calculate your daily calories and protein needed along with type of food and make an ideal diet chart, personalized for you.
If even after stopping, the wrinkles persist for more than 6 months, you may have to consult a cosmetic surgeon.
I usually prescribe my patients the following-
1. Cetaphil lotion- to be applied locally twice daily for 1 month.
2. Melaglow cream - to be applied once daily over wrinkles at bedtime.
For any further questions, please write back.

Hi Doc,

I used roacutane when I was younger for acne which worked well.
but I believe this has been here before I started the Accutane course.
is it possible to show you a picture so you can see what it is?

thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your reply.
Although you were having the scars since long back, roacutane might have aggravated that.
Secondly, you can definitely add image by attaching the image file where you need to attach the reports.
Please follow the advices written in the previous post of this thread.
