Suggest Treatment For Scarring On Side Of Penis

Question: Hi I have been seeing skin changes and looks like scarring on the left side of penis above a white spot. Last person ive talked to said it might be bxo.

Balanitis xerotica obliterance ( bxo) presents with itchy white lesion on mucosa and the area is usually depressed from surrounding.
I would like to know whether you have any symptoms like itching or pain ?
Do you have any other such lesions on body?

It is not looking like bxo.
Itching is one of the diagnostic features of bxo.
A mild fungal infection can present in this form.
Apply ointment clotrimazole for 15 days.
It is an antifungal and should help you.

Ok so you dont think its bxo. And can fungal infection cause skin change?

Hi I wrote you about some scarring on penis. I used the antifungal and it didnt really help. Now It looks like I have scarring under my urethra and my urethra has split a little. What can this be. I am been taking antibiotics and pain meds for an injury. Do you think the meds is causing this.

This can be due to a reaction to your current medication.
Start applying aloe vera cream and meet your doctor for change in medication if required.

Thanks for the response. So apply aloe vera and if it doesn't get better see an urologist. Ive been taking hydrocodone can that do it.

I also tore my urethra downward after masterbation. Saw a urologist and he said it will heal it self in 2 to 3 weeks do you agree?
