Suggest Treatment For Sciatic And Bruises
Question: I'm just getting over a bad attack of sciatica on my right side. Despite getting 3 shots and taking two programs of steroids it got steadily worse. Finally I got one good night sleep and there has been an improvement. But there is extensive bruising on my inner thigh and outer hip area, These were the areas the greatest pain was experienced, Should I seek further treatment now or wait until the next attack happens? And why the bruising?

Thanks!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is most likely due to the injection. If it increases in size or become painful, I will suggest that you get it evaluated for any possible complications. If it doesn't, then spontaneous resolution would set in.
Keep me posted. I wish you well.
Thanks!
