Brief Answer:
Try pain modulators like pregabalin, gabapentin, amitriptyline

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sciatic pain is usually due to nerve root compression and can be diagnosed on mRI. For treatment physiotherapy should be done regularly.
Avoid stooping, lifting heavy objects, squatting positions.
Drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin, amitriptyline may be used as pain modulators in this case.
Pain killers like synergix is opioid and can be replaced by tapentadol. Other pain killers like tapentadol, aceclofenac, etoricoxib can also be used.
Discuss with your physician and change drugs according to your need.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with MRI reports.
