Question: I have been told i have sciatica and a bulging disc in lower back. Do i just keep moving

Physiotherapy is one of the main aspects of treatment of prolapsed disc. If you are not sure what exercises are appropriate then your doctor can refer you to a physiotherapist who can go through the exercises with you.
