MY 1.5 yr old baby fell down from her walker and got a scratch on her head...what am i supposed to do now? should i apply any ointment...she is perfectly normal now...but im tensed

1. Absence of vomiting
2. Absence of loss of consciousness
3. Absence of any abnormal movements
4. Baby is playful and accepting feeds well
