Question: Hi I am 46 year old man . I have 2 seabaceous next to each other on centre of head scalp. Pains when pressed. What is the treatment? I am in XXXXXXX

You mean to say sebaceous cyst?

Normally they are asymptomatic and do not cause pain.

Pain can be due to either inflammation of the cyst or due to infection in the cyst.

Pain can be settled with anti inflammatory medicines and antibiotics but the complete cure for the cyst is to get them removed by excision.

I am not personally aware of doctors / clinic from this city. However it is a minor surgical procedure which can be done at any good dermatology clinic.
I can't tell you about the exact cost as it varies from clinic to clinic.
